Cyclovia Tucson returned with a new 5-mile route on Sunday Oct. 30. The event encourages Tucsonans to take to the streets and enjoy outdoor recreational activities. Living Streets Alliance hosts Cyclovia twice a year and has several event hubs where Tucsonans can enjoy local food trucks, music and outdoor activities. Video by Pascal Albright / Arizona Daily Star

Tucson delays two RTA road projects amid funding shortfallFor Star subscribers: Tucson has agreed to delay two of its RTA projects to help close an anticipated $150 million funding gap the RTA faces in delivering the projects it promised to voters in 2006.
For Star subscribers: Tucson officials sold the idea of a "road diet" for East Fifth Street in midtown â reducing traffic lanes and improving walkability. Now they're backing away from this classic opportunity.Â
Activity hubs, food, drinks, music, organizations, business and more can be found along this year's Cyclovia route, open only to self-powered modes of transportation.
