Marana Heritage Arena

Ella Dunford, 5, takes a spill in mutton busting β€” the kid version of bull riding in which a sheep replaces a snorting bull β€” at a Friday night rodeo at Marana Heritage Arena in 2014.Β

Kick off the fall season with a good old fashioned day at the farm.Β

With a backdrop of fluffy white cotton and blooming sunflower fields, the Marana Fall Festival Saturday evening should give you all those fall feelings.Β

It's rodeo meets carnival, with rides and games plus rodeo events such as mutton busting. Click here and scroll down for the rodeo schedule.Β

There will also be a petting zoo (for the kids), a beer garden (for the grown-ups) and live music and food vendors for all.Β

Marana Animal Services and the Humane Society of Southern Arizona will have animals on-site for adoption.Β
