This Biz Tip article explores the possibility that you may need to make a change in your life. This change may be necessary to leave the legacy you were meant to leave.

Imagine for a moment you were born with an incredible gift. Your gift is so special it has the ability to change the lives of millions of people. Certainly you could make an incredible living sharing this gift with others. What if you have this gift and do not even recognize it?

That is exactly the case with Jobe Repola, a Tucson mortgage lender. Occasionally Jobe records a spontaneous short video and shares it on Facebook. These videos are not planned, scripted or edited. They are on a variety of topics and they are always inspirational, to the point, and, boy, are they powerful!

Over the years I have watched hundreds of videos of the world’s most successful motivational speakers. This includes the likes of Tony Robbins and Eric Thomas, who are both world class and ultra successful. To be honest, Jobe’s style and ability is of the same caliber.

Last week I saw another one of Jobe’s videos. I watched with envy and wished that I had Jobe’s gift. Then it dawned on me. Jobe’s gift comes so naturally to him, he doesn’t even recognize it. From his perspective, there is nothing special about recording a short video and posting it on Facebook. In fact, he doesn’t even have a YouTube channel for his motivating videos.

What if Jobe actually recognized his special gift? What if he made a change in his life and intentionally shared this gift with more people? What if you recognized your special gift, and made a change in your life, too?
