- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Best Place to Work: Barker Contracting, Inc. in the 3-50 employees category; and Home Instead Senior Care in the 51-200 employees category.
- Cox Business Growth: Trusting Connections Nanny Agency in the 3-50 employees category; Chasse Building Team in the 51-200 employees category.
- Copperpoint Small Business Leader of the Year: Daniel Stringer, Total Care Connections.
- Nextrio Innovation: OOROO Auto in the 3-50 employees category; World View in the 51-200 employees category.
- Tucson Electric Power Charitable Non-Profit Business: Junior Achievement of Arizona, Southern District, in the $50,000-$500,000 total revenue category; Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern Arizona in the $500,001-$2,000,000 total revenue category; Fox Tucson Theater Foundation in the $2,000,001-$5,000,000 total revenue category; and Humane Society of Southern Arizona in the $5,000,001-$15,000,000 total revenue category.
