One man is dead in an officer-involved shooting overnight on Tucson’s east side, police say.
No details about the shooting had been released Sunday morning.
About 3 a.m., however, police were in 100 block of North Understory Lane, according to a Twitter post by Sgt. Kimberly Bay, a police spokeswoman. “1 adult male is deceased,” the post read.
The incident occurred at a home in a neighborhood near East Broadway and North Houghton Road.
No officers were hurt during the incident, police said.
