Officials have identified the woman who was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on Friday as 58-year-old Cathy Morales.
Officials suspect a blown tire caused Morales, who is from Benson, to lose control of her SUV and swerve into oncoming traffic on Interstate 10 between the exits for Wilmot and Kolb roads on Friday afternoon.
Morales died at the scene, an Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesman said.
Another person sustained minor injuries but was not taken to a hospital.
The investigation is ongoing.
