A man was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle on East 22nd Street, police say.

Police say he was riding a bike when he was hit before 6 p.m.

Officers reopened 22nd Street between South Tyndall and South Euclid avenues around 9:30 p.m.

No further information has been released.
