A 65-year-old man struck Jan. 19 while crossing the street has died, Tucson police say.

Cody Lawrence Hill was struck by a northbound Jeep about 8 p.m. as he crossed South Kolb Road just south of Broadway, police said Friday in a news release.

Hill, who was not in a crosswalk when he was struck, died Thursday from his injuries, the release said.

The driver of the Jeep, an unidentified 64-year-old woman stopped immediately after the crash and cooperated with the investigation, the release said.

The investigation continues.
