Children’s Museum Tucson: Children’s Museum Tucson has been awarded $35,000 by the National Endowment for the Arts as part of its Grants for Arts Projects program. The grant will support Art after Dark, the museum’s monthly free arts program with partner nonprofit arts organizations.

Vantage West Credit Union: Vantage West Credit Union has been recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Best Regional Banks and Credit Unions for 2024. The recognition is based on an evaluation of 9,440 financial institutions across the United States that considered factors like customer service and digital offerings.

Frank Schepis: Tucson Ethan Allen Design consultant Frank Schepis received the Platinum Spirit Award given by Ethan Allen Retail, Inc. for the fourth year in a row. The award reflects a commitment to design excellence and superior service in written sales.

UBS Wealth Management USA: Seven of UBS Wealth Management USA’s financial advisor teams have been named to the Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Management Teams list for 2024, including two in Tucson. The local firms are: M&A Wealth Management, which came in at No. 47 and includes financial advisors Jonathan Mitchell and Nicolas Abdy; and No. 66 Rottenstein Wealth Management and Consulting, a father-son team led by financial advisors Myron and Aaron Rottenstein.

Tucson Botanical Gardens: The Tucson Botanical Gardens has been nominated for inclusion in USA Today’s 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards contest for Best Botanical Garden. Voting is open now through March 4 at noon ET. Ten winning gardens will be named on March 15. Twenty nominees were selected by a panel of experts for the Best Botanical Gardens category. The Tucson Botanical Gardens are made up of 17 individual gardens with over 4,000 species available for the public to visit and view every weekday. The gardens also host several events for the public including "Dog Days", to encourage more visitors to the landmark.
