Bricks and Mini Figs will open a third Tucson location.

Bricktopia Creations LLC leased 4,368 square feet at 3805 W. River Road, within The Shoppes at Orange Grove.

Bricks and Minifigs will open a third location in the Tucson area. It will be on West River Road near Orange Grove Road.

The store buys, sells and trades Legos and related figurines for creative enthusiasts.

The store specializes in only Legos and it sells both sets and parts.

The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa and David Jimenez, with Morrow Hill, represented the tenant.

There are two other Bricks and Mini Figs owned by different franchisees in the Tucson area: 6145 E. Broadway; and 8110 S. Houghton Road.

Bricks and Minifigs carries only Lego products. It sells both parts and sets.

  • Tucson I Buyer bought the 28-unit Glenn Dorado Apartments, 3839 E. Glenn St., from M&L-LA Properties #2 LP and B Ave Investments LLC for $2.6 million. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, with Picor, represented both parties.
  • EPIX Interiors LLC leased 15,000 square feet of industrial space at 2301 N. Forbes Blvd. from Broadbent Square LLC. Alex Demeroutis, Jesse Blum and Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the landlord. Kyle McGinley, with Ross Brown Partners Inc., represented the tenant.
  • Number 5 Holdings LLC, that operates a Number 5 Specialty Coatings, leased 7,382 square feet of space located at 3785 E 34th St. to relocate the business. Jeramy Price, with Volk Co., represented the tenant. The landlord, E. 34th St LLC, was represented by Paul
    • Hooker and Jesse Blum, with Picor.
    • Broken Doll Studio LLC, a pole dance studio, leased 2,236 square feet of retail space at Winterhaven Square, 3110 E. Fort Lowell Road, from Winterhaven Investors LLC. Rob Tomlinson, Natalie Furrier and Alex Demeroutis, with Picor, handled the lease.
    • Tasty Pot LLC, which serves boiling Taiwanese hot pot soups and appertizers, leased 2,069 square feet at the Tucson Place Shopping Center, 625 E. Wetmore Road. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa.
