Michael Starr Todd was banned from the University of Arizona campus following citations related to incidents of public sexual indecency, campus police say.

University of Arizona police have issued a warning about a man they say has been banned from campus after incidents of public sexual indecency.

Michael Starr Todd was most recently arrested on March 30 though police say he has been cited multiple times in the 2023-2024 school year.

There have been three separate reports alleging Todd was masturbating in his car while parked on campus property, Sgt. Andrew Valenzuela said.

Those incidents have either been reported by the public or spotted by officers on patrol, Valenzuela said.

The ban from campus is for a year, police say.

Any sighting of Todd on campus should be reported 911 or 621-UAPD.
