Three teens, including a 14-year-old boy, have been arrested on suspicion of murder in the killing of a man last month at a Tucson park, police say.

Cameron Laurens Foster, 19, was shot the night of March 19 while meeting with several people at Fort Lowell Park. He was found unresponsive in a car that crashed into a wall near the park at East Glenn Street near North Alvernon Road, Tucson police have said. Foster died at the hospital.

Foster had been in the park to meet with several people. At some point, police say he was shot during a confrontation, police said in a news release.

On Monday arrest warrants were issued for three teens in connection with the case: Isaac Robert Morgan-Rodriguez, 14; Isaiah Angel Salazar, 19; and Malachi Robert Monroe, 17.

Morgan-Rodriguez and Salazar were arrested that night at a house near the park. Monroe was apprehended the next day, police said.

All three were booked into the Pima County jail on suspicion of first-degree murder and armed robbery, the release said.
