A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after police say he rear-ended a squad car that was making a traffic stop Tuesday night, Tucson police said on Facebook.
The crash happened shortly before 9:30 p.m. on Golf Links Road near South Kolb Road.
Officers were conducting a traffic stop when they say Eric Stump smashed in to the police vehicle. Both officers suffered minor injuries.
Stump was not injured.
Stump was eventually arrested on suspicion of DUI, criminal damage and endangerment and booked into the Pima County jail, police said.
