Last week’s recipient: Robin and Jason Lesieur.
Why: For their kindness toward another family that had just moved to Tucson. The nomination writer said she met the Lesieurs at a campground and after knowing them just a short while, they allowed her family to stay in their RV for as long as needed. “We had just met them. We could not believe the kindness and trust they were showing us.” The letter writer said the Lesieurs helped them during a difficult time for her family and “have continued to be a huge part of our lives.” A year later, the Lesieurs continue to help the family in many ways, the letter writer said in her nomination letter.
