An 18-year-old man was killed in a crash early Wednesday on West Prince Road near Interstate 10, Tucson police say.

Isaiah Nowell Parker was driving a BMW west on West Prince Road when he ran a red light and struck a Honda traveling north on the frontage road, police said in a news release.

Parker died at the crash scene.

Two passengers with Parker, a man in his 40s and a woman in her 20s, were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Honda, a 22-year-old man, had minor injuries, the release said.

The driver of the Honda was determined to be impaired, the release said.

Police say they are investigating whether the BMW was street racing before the crash, officials said.
