A local restaurant that features poke, pita and hot rice bowls along with salads is expanding its footprint.
Jimmyβs Pita & Poke leased 1,500 square feet at 6540 E. Tanque Verde Road, in the La Plaza Shoppes, where Savaya coffee was formerly located.
Isaac Figueroa and Frank Arrotta, with Larsen Baker, handled the lease.
Jimmyβs Pita & Poke has leased space for a new location near East Tanque Verde Road and North Pima Street.
Jimmyβs menu features bowls with ingredients such as tuna, crab, shrimp and octopus.
The restaurant first opened in Tucson in 2017 and has two locations: 3820 W. River Road; and 845 E. University Blvd.
Jimmyβs Pita & Poke is set to open a third location in metro Tucson.
An opening date for the new location has not yet been announced.

- ASR learning Partner LLC, dba A+ Mathnasium, leased 2,556 square feet of retail space at The Plaza at Williams Centre, 5480 E Broadway. The premises will be used for tutoring and related academic services and activities. Isaac Figueroa and Frank Arrotta, with Larsen Baker, handled the lease.
- Medinaβs Drywall LLC leased 1,370 square feet of industrial space at South Dodge Business Center, 3240 S. Dodge Blvd., from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker and Andrew Keim, with Picor, represented the landlord.
- Star of India Fashions Inc. leased 1,200 square feet at Commerce Plaza, 245 S. Plumer Ave., from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker and Andrew Keim, with Picor, represented the landlord.
- Rooted Connections Counseling LLC leased 418 square feet at 1200 N. El Dorado Place to offer therapy and acupuncture. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa.
