A mid-century building in central Tucson that formerly housed Chase Bank has been sold for possible redevelopment.
The 6,208-square-foot building at 2465 N. Campbell Ave. exchanged hands twice.
Union Hospitality Group bought it from JPMorgan Chase Bank NA for $2.4 million in a transaction handled by Picor brokers Greg Furrier, Natalie Furrier and Dave Hammack. They then sold it to an affiliate of Larsen Baker, in partnership with Repp Mclain and Ambrell Capital, also for $2.4 million. Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker, represented the buyer.
The partnership’s plans may include adaptively reusing the existing building or redeveloping the property.
The former Chase Bank branch at 2465 N. Campbell Ave., north of East Grant Road, is set to be redeveloped after being sold.
“This site is a rare find not only because it has nearly an acre of land on Campbell, but the mid-century building is also very attractive, adaptable to a lot of different uses,” said Melissa Lal, CEO of Larsen Baker.
