A 3rd Bubbe’s Fine Bagels location is opening in Tucson

Piccolo Pasta LLC will open its third Bubbe’s Fine Bagels location in Tucson.

Founded by Kyle Leuer and Becca Groff, Bubbe’s Bagels has developed a large following for its East Coast-style sourdough bagels that are fermented and kettle-boiled.

The new location will open at 2932 E. Broadway, along the city’s Sunshine Mile.

Jeramy Price and Joey Castillo, with Volk Co., handled the lease between landlord, Palms Park LLC and Piccolo Pasta for about 2,000 square feet of space.

The bagel shop first opened in 2021 at 1101 N. Wilmot Road, and its second location, at 1745 E. River Road, the following year.

The menu is simply bagels, a few bagel sandwiches and several flavors of cream cheese.

Bubbe’s is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., or until they run out.

• Evil Face entertainment, a local horror shop, leased 1,320 square feet at 5470 E. Speedway. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its brokers, Isaac Figueroa and Michelle Ward.
• Borderlands Theater Teatro Fronterizo Inc. leased 1,185 square feet of industrial space at 5027 E. 29th St. from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker and Andrew Keim, with Picor, represented the landlord.
• Painting Green Inc., a local paint and drywall company, leased 859 square feet of industrial space at 2430 W. Ruthrauff Road from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker and Andrew Keim, with Picor, represented the landlord.
