More than 13,000 square feet of office space has been purchased from Vantage West Credit Union for $2.1 million at 2222 S. Craycroft Road in Tucson.

More than 13,000 square feet of office space has been purchased from Vantage West Credit Union for $2.1 million.

The buyer, 2222 South Craycroft Road LLC, will serve as a landlord to Centria Autism, a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. The office, at 2222 S. Craycroft Road, be their third location in Tucson.

Richard M. Kleiner and Alexis Corona, with Picor, represented the seller. Gordon Wagner and Benjamin Craney, with NAI Horizon, represented the buyer.

The property is part of a package of three properties which includes Vantage Westโ€™s access land, branch and annex location. The branch location is available for sale for $990,000 and has triple drive-thru lanes and an interior vault.

Earlier this year, Hamid Jalali and Janis K. Jalali, as Trustees of The J F A Living Trust, purchased the 0.68-acre parcel of land for $240,000.

Mesquite Building LLC bought a 4,122-square-foot office condominium at Grant Professional Plaza, 5983 E. Grant Road, for $975,000. Gordon Wagner and Ben Craney, with NAI Horizon, represented the seller and Buzz Isaacson, with Buzz Isaacson Realty LLC, represented the buyer.

Awesome Holdings LLC bought a 2,378-square-foot office building at 1159 N. Craycroft Road from Theodore and April McGuire for $344,020. Ryan McGregor, with Picor, represented the seller and Michael Gross, with Tucson Realty & Trust Co., represented the buyer.

Full Spectrum Lab LLC leased 6,012 square feet of industrial space at Alvernon Business Center, 3865 E. 34th St., from AP & D Investments LLP. Robert Glaser, with Picor, represented the landlord.

Tucson Sports Performance LLC leased 3,520 square feet of industrial space at Midway Business Park, 4500 E. Speedway Blvd., from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker, Andrew Keim and Dave Hammack, with Picor, handled the lease.

Special Eats LLC leased 2,000 square feet of retail space at 5007 and 5009 E. Fifth St. from H.L.F. Properties Inc. Andy Seleznov, with Picor, represented both parties.

PetWellClinic leased 1,190 square feet of retail space at The Village on Broadway, 2900 E. Broadway Blvd., from H.L.F. Properties Inc. Andy Seleznov, with Picor, represented the landlord.
