A truck into a power pole Thursday night is expected to close a midtown street for up to 10 hours.

The crash occurred on East 29th Street, between South Venice and South Erin avenues, said Sgt. Kimberly Bay, a Tucson Police Department spokeswoman, in a tweet May 25.

The driver has non-life threatening injuries, Bay said.

East 29th Street is expected to re-open Friday, May 26, by 8:30 a.m.
