Get to know the 5 Arizona Wildcats who won a national championship on Wednesday

The Arizona Wildcats women's golf team won its first national championship since 2000 on Wednesday, when it beat Alabama 3-2 in 19 holes.
Get to know the five Wildcats that brought another national title to Tucson.
Haley Moore

Hometown: Escondido, California (San Pasqual High School)
Get to know Moore:
- Ranked seventh in her class and 14th overall in the American Junior Golf Association’s rankings coming out of high school in 2015.
- Finished in second place at the NCAA Championships as a freshman in 2016. Moore finished with a score of 280 (-8).
- When Arizona won the El Tigre Invitational in March, Moore also won the individual competition shooting 210 (-6).
- Two-time All-Pac-12 First-Team member (2017,2018).
- Has finished in the top five in four tournaments this season.
Bianca Pagdanganan

Hometown: Quezon City, Phillipines (Assumption Antipolo)
Get to know Pagdanganan:
- Made an eagle putt on the 18th hole, which lifted Arizona into a playoff, and ultimately put the Wildcats into the semifinals at the NCAA Championships.
- Played at Gonzaga for two years before transferring to UA.
- Her nickname on the team is the Unicorn.
- Pac-12 Honorable Mention in 2018.
Gigi Stoll

Hometown: Tigard, Oregon (Beaverton High School)
Get to know Stoll:
- Finished in the top 16 at the 2017 U.S. Women's Amateur Championship.
- Won the semifinal match on Tuesday by two strokes to give the Wildcats one of their three points to advance to the national championship.
- Two-time Pacific Northwest Golf Association Women’s Player of the Year in 2014 and 2015.
- Seven-time Oregon Golf Association Junior Player of the Year
Yu-Sang Hou
UpdatedClass: Freshman
Hometown: Taipei, Taiwan (Heping High School)

- Ranked as the No. 69 amateur golfer in the world before joining UA.
- Silver medalist at the 2017 Summer University Games in Taipei, Taiwan.
- Finished second at the 2018 Ping ASU Invitational.
- Favorite golfer is Jason Day.
Sandra Nordaas

Hometown: Oslo, Norway (Wang Toppidrett School)

- Was named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team in 2018.
- Won the 2015 Amateur British Open Girls Championship in Scotland in 2015.
- Hometown is the capital and most populated city in Norway.
