The organizations are: American Red Cross in Arizona, Southern Arizona Chapter; Arizona Council on Economic Education; Arts Integration Solutions; Assistance League of Tucson Inc.; Banner Health Foundation of Arizona; Beads of Courage Inc.; Boys & Girls Club of Sierra Vista; Gabriel’s Angels; GAP Ministries; Intermountain Centers for Human Development; Literacy Connects; Live the Solution; Make Way for Books; Southern Arizona Association for the Visually Impaired; Special Olympics Arizona; Tucson Girls Chorus; Tucson Jewish Community Center Inc.; Tucson Symphony Society; and Tucson Values Teachers.
- Hughes Federal Credit Union: Hughes employees helped generate a donation of $3,225 to CUAid.co-op for those affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. The employee initiative resulted in $1,225, along with a company matching gift of $1,000 and $1,000 from the company’s charitable arm, Hughes Helps. The donation is being made through the disaster relief system of the National Credit Union Foundation, dedicated to helping credit unions and their employees and members recovering from major disasters.
