The Proper Collective, a shop that says it is a place for "creators, artists and oddball geniuses" has leased space in midtown.
The 868 square-foot space at Rancho Center, 3400 E. Speedway, was leased from Larsen Baker. The landlord’s brokers, Isaac Figueroa and Michelle Ward, handled the transaction.

Proper Collective features will feature local goods. Shelf space can be rented inside the shop by local entrepreneurs such as artisans, candle makers, jewelry designers, potters, woodworkers or non-perishable food producers.
Vendors are charged rent and 15 percent commission. Applications are now being accepted for vendor space at thepropercollective.net or by visiting instagram.com/the.proper.collective/
An opening date for the Speedway location has not yet been announced.

• WAA 5251 E Speedway Blvd LLC bought a 22,960-square-foot building at 5251 E. Speedway from Inspired Adventures Investments LLC for $3.5 million. Natalie Furrier, Greg Furrier, Robert Glaser and Paul Hooker, with Picor, handled the sale.
• William Jessup Separate Property Trust bought the 53-unit Hacienda Motel at 1742 N. Oracle Road from Colonia Properties TIC II LLC for $1.5 million. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, with Picor, represented the seller. Robert Lamb, with Long Realty Co., represented the buyer.
• B&D Real Estate LLC, dba Burger King Restaurant, bought vacant land on the southwest corner of Tangerine Road and Interstate 10 from R11 Tangerine Corp. for $1.3 million. NAI Horizon brokers Ben Craney and Gordon Wagner represented the seller. Mark Bramlett, with Lee & Associates, represented the buyer.
• Grace Hospice and Palliative Care LLC, dba Uplift Hospice, leased 3,450 square feet at the Williams Centre, 5285 E. Williams Circle. Phil Skillings and Kyle Kilgore, with NAI Horizon, represented the landlord. Scott Boardman, with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.
• Kino College leased 2,500 square feet at 2001 W. Orange Grove Road from SPE DESERT LIFE MOB LLC. CBRE’s David Montijo represented the landlord.
• Tucson Wellness leased 1,440 square feet of retail space at the northwest corner of Rita and Houghton roads. Dave Hammack, with Picor, represented the tenant and Jesse Peron, with CBRE, represented the landlord.
• Me Latte Café leased 1,260 square feet on the southeast corner of St. Mary’s and Silverbell roads from Tucson St. Mary's Plaza LLC. Dave Hammack, with Picor, represented the landlord.
