Pterodactyl Cocktail Lounge, billed as an “experience-driven bar,” is expected to open early next year near Tucson's North Fourth Avenue.

Drink Theory LLC leased 1,109 square feet in Union on 6th, 422 N. Fifth Ave., the complex on the southeast corner of North Fifth Avenue and East Sixth Street.

Union on 6th, 422 N. Fifth Ave., is set to be the home of Pterodactyl Cocktail Lounge early next year.

Craig Finfrock, with Commercial Retail Advisors, represented the tenant and the landlord, GEDR UNION ON 6TH LLC, was represented by Joey Castillo, with Volk Co.

Other local commercial activity includes:

• Catalina View Apts LLC bought the 31-unit Catalina View Apartments at 5160 E. Bellevue St. from Bellevue Properties LLC for $2.8 million. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, with Picor, represented both parties.

• CBRE’s Bruce Suppes represented landlord, 2736 Associates LLP, in a 2,136-square-foot lease to Desert Lotus Counseling at 2730 E. Broadway.

• Compass Dental Management LLC leased 2,135 square feet at 2934 W. Ina Road. The landlord, Alturas Heritage Plaza, was represented by Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker. Molly Gilbert, with Picor, represented the tenant.

• MindForge Play Studios, a learning and play center, leased 1,442 square feet at Rancho Sahuarita Marketplace, 15920 S. Rancho Sahuarita Blvd., from Rancho Sahuarita Commercial Ventures LLC. Aaron LaPrise and Dave Hammack, with Picor, represented the landlord. Nia Fenn, with Elate Realty, represented the tenant. MindForge is planning a grand opening in January. 

• Act Fast Delivery of Tucson Inc., a logistics company, leased 1,222 square feet at Exchange Place, 1870 W. Prince Road, from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker and Andrew Keim, with Picor, represented the landlord.
