Racing lovers in Tucson will soon get to start their – virtual – engines at a new racing lounge in midtown.

Ignition Sim Racing has leased 3,415 square feet in the Plaza at Williams Centre, 5460 E. Broadway, near Craycroft Road.

The virtual racing lounge will feature multiple racing bays, equipped with full-motion simulators that react to turns, braking and acceleration.

Isaac Figueroa and Frank Arrotta, brokers for Larsen Baker, handled the transaction.

Ignition Sim Racing will open soon in the Plaza at Williams Centre, on East Broadway at Craycroft Road.

Instruction and coaching for drivers will be offered, and drivers will also be able to compete in online tournaments.

Ignition also offers mobile simulator rentals where the racing can be brought to you.

• ACF Metals leased 3,367 square feet of industrial space at Tucson Tech Park, 1665 E. 18th St., from SBC Investors LLC. Alex Demeroutis and Andrew Keim, with Picor, represented the landlord.

• Friday Pilates leased 1,413 square feet of retail space at Las Plazas at Old Vail, 10165 E. Old Vail Road, from KJE Steampump LLC. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, represented the tenant and Jeramy Price, with Volk Co., represented the landlord.
