Covenant Generations Church, 2550 N. Tucson Blvd., will host its annual harvest festival from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31.

The free festival includes pony rides, a train, snacks and inflatables, according to a church flier.

Revival is topic of weeklong preaching at Calvary Center

Calvary Evangelistic Center, 5160 S. Treat Ave., will host Perneatha Sherman, a woman with more than 50 years of ministry background, as she speaks on revival.

Sherman will speak at the church 6:30 p.m. Sundays, Nov. 1 and 8, and 7 p.m. Nov. 2 through Nov. 6, according to press materials.

St. Francis in the Foothills hosts classes on end of life

St. Francis in the Foothills United Methodist Church, 4625 E. River Road, will hold a three-part series on death from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sundays, Nov. 1, 8 and 15.

The Nov. 1 class will touch upon All Souls’ Day and the Day of the Dead and examine how the dead are remembered.

Classes on Nov. 8 and 15 will discuss making end-of-life plans, according to press materials.

All Souls’ Day altar welcomes remembrances at St. Philip’s

As part of its All Souls’ Day service at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, St. Philip’s in the Hills Episcopal Church, 4440 N. Campbell Ave., has set up an altar where parishioners can leave photographs or tokens in memory of deceased loved ones.

Individuals can leave offerings at the altar in the Columbarium Garden when the church office is open, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, through Nov. 2, according to press materials.

Fifth annual craft fair
at St. John on the Desert

St. John on the Desert Presbyterian Church, 2695 N. Houghton Road, will host its fifth craft fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7.

Shoppers can peruse jewelry, sculptures and a variety of other crafts. Money raised at the bake sale table will support the church’s deacons’ ministry, according to press materials.

Workshop on aging, dying
at Tibetan Buddhist Institute

The Awam Tibetan Buddhist Institute, 3400 E. Speedway, will offer a workshop on aging and dying from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 7.
