Why: For her work as a bereavement coordinator with Agape Hospice. She runs several grief support groups, is available to those grieving any time day or night, Mayer wrote in her nomination letter. β€œShe knows how important it is to the members to have the support while grieving,” Mayer wrote. β€œShe is always there for everyone, whenever or where ever she is needed.”
