Why: Patsy is a volunteer at the Tucson Chinese Cultural Center. She is energetic, enthusiastic and works hard, Arlene Lee wrote in her nomination. She helps prepare lunch for seniors on Thursdays and on occasion she will perform in the lion dance. “She can be found under the lion’s head or tail beating the drums,” Arlene Lee wrote.
