Tucson police have identified a man who died in a stabbing Wednesday night, but they continue to search for a suspect.

About 7:30 p.m. officers found Joshua Julian Francisco, 36, wounded in the southwest corner of Reid Park, along East 22nd Street near South Country Club Road. He died a short time later at the hospital, Tucson police said Thursday in a news release.

Police searched the area, but no suspect was found, the release said. The search continues.

Police released no further information about the stabbing.
