Rogelio Rene Pacheco

A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting last month during a brawl in which one man was killed and two others were wounded, Tucson police say.

Rogelio Rene Pacheco was arrested Thursday near downtown on suspicion of second-degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, Tucson police said Tuesday in a news release.

Aaron Taber Boatner was killed and two other men were wounded during a fight just before 4 a.m. Aug. 16, near North Stone Avenue and West Speedway, Tucson police say.

Two other men were found wounded along nearby streets.

Pacheco was booked into the Pima County jail on a $500,000 bond, the release said.
