UA Pharmacy College has 3 faculty changes
The University of Arizona College of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science, announced:
- Jeannie Lee
- Phar.D., associate professor, was recently appointed assistant head of the department. She will assist in overseeing the evaluation process and developing outcomes metrics for clinical faculty at their practice sites.
- Caitlin Cameron
- Phar.D., was appointed assistant professor. A 2007 alumna of the college, Cameron supports the expansion of the UA’s doctor of pharmacy program at the Phoenix Biomedical Campus; works on a grant-funded project on inter-professional curricula; and works with the Student Health Outreach for Wellness Clinic, a student-run clinic for the homeless.

- Jason Karnes
- Phar.D., was named assistant professor. He will conduct research in cardiovascular pharmacogenomics. Before coming to UA, Karnes conducted research on determining pharmacogenetic predictors of rare adverse drug reactions.
