Why: Molina is the director of the Tucson Girls Chorus. Under Molina’s energetic and visionary leadership the chorus has expanded choirs into downtown Tucson, South Tucson and Sahuarita, Rial wrote in her nomination letter. Molina believes in empowering young women to be confident leaders through music performance, leadership training and community service, she wrote. Molina recently launched a Tutti Choir for children with special needs. Molina works tirelessly impacting the lives of young women in Tucson, Rial wrote.
