A locally owned mobile coffee shop will open a brick-and-mortar location on Fourth Avenue later this year.
Harley’s Coffee Co. leased 1,357 square feet on the ground floor of Union on Sixth, 340 E. Sixth St., on the corner of North Fourth Avenue.
Joey Castillo, with Volk Co., represented the landlord, GEDR Union on 6th LLC.
The tenant, who has been operating a mobile coffee café since 2022, plans to open in the fall of 2025.
Union on 6th, 422 N. Fifth Ave., is set to be the home of Pterodactyl Cocktail Lounge early next year.
The owner, Amanda Arvizu, named the shop after her late father’s passion for his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and she partners with local roaster Blessed Grounds for her coffee.
“Community has always been the inspiration,” she wrote on her website. “Community that was built over every cup of coffee, community that was created on Harley-Davidsons traveling from destination to the next.”
